PANCAKES

To prepare a pancakes is very simple and is ideal for a breakfast (or brunch if you wake up late...).

  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 gr baking powder
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • The fruits of your choice

The process:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar.
Once it is mixed add the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Heat the Pan and once it is warm, put a little bit of butter in the pan and add a little dough in the pan. Wait until bubbles appear in pancake and flip it with a spantula (or you can try flip it in the air if you don't mind adding a bit of flavour to your pancake...)
Your pancakes can be served with the fruits of your desire. I really love to add a dollop of Blueberry Coulis to mine. Once you have three pancakes done just add some fruit and "voila, c'est fini " . I hope you enjoy the recipe.
